If you are looking for a portable exercise kit, a tool for warm-up or stretching-off or to supplement your exercise regime then one, or a selection of these bands, will become an indispensable tool within your arsenal of fitness equipment.

As with all resistance band training, exercises should be carried out carefully in a controlled fashion, the band must be held firmly when tension is applied and brought back to rest under control - the band must not be let go when under tension. 

Avoid sharp objects and abrasive surfaces to extend the life of your bands. These should be stored at room temperature out of direct sunlight, in your sports bag is ideal.
